Haven't issue my refund after...

Disliked: I woke up to a terrible leak from the bathroom sealing. There was literally water comming throught the light in the bathroom, extremly dangerous. We were moved to another room and the staff at the Marriott said they will issue the refund. However after 2 months we still haven't received it. Booking customer service has been awful and don't provide updates.

Liked: Place was clean for the most part. The staff was nice and all facilitates worked. The pool was nice too.
Disliked: There was a crackhead that jumped from the third floor into the pool and proceeded to climb up the balconies repeatedly. and then he got upset when we didn't want to play with him in the pool and climbed onto our balcony late at night and just stood there... weirdo. this wasn't the hotels fault though.

Overall, pleasant.

Liked: The rooms are spacious and for the most part clean. I like the late check-out time of noon.
Disliked: If I would have known the shuttle bus from the airport only runs until 11pm. When I email and said what time I was arriving would have been a good time to tell me that the last shuttle leaves at 11pm. I had to take a Taxi, which was an unexpected expense. And, the shuttle bus was one of the main reason's I stayed at your hotel. The refrigerator was not cleaned out in the room.

Disliked: The 3rd was like an oven the ac didn’t appear to be working the room smelled of smoke and there were stains on the valance around the bed the toilet blocked in the room and they didn’t honor the breakfast included as stated on my booking they only honored 2 breakfasts
