Liked: Very nice room. Nice comfortable bed. We had been driving all day and were just ready to get to bed. I was impressed with the convenient location and the cleanliness, amenities and comfort of our rooms. Very nice. We had a pleasant stay and would stay here again,
Disliked: The parking lot was right outside my window so there was a good bit of outdoor noise until late (almost midnight) but that’s not anything that could have been prevented by the hotel.

trip gone wrong

Liked: the beds were comfortable
Disliked: didn't like the curt check in staff. went to the little store within the hotel and not only were there no prices posted they didn't accept cash. and the sodas were criminally over priced. didn't appreciate the 2 hour long fight in the room next to ours. I think it took staff entirely to long to get situations under control. finally the police showed up. although we didn't use the housekeeping services some clothing items came up missing. we seen 2 bugs in the room. was extremely disappointed in this stay. Breakfast was the Starbucks bistro. nothing was laid out for guests. no complimentary coffee to welcome guests. but they sure participated in happy hour. overall our experience here will not be repeated.

All and all not a...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. Love a walk in shower. Plenty of room for your clothes, hanging and drawers. Plus a balcony, which I requested. And not to mention a cute little love seat for us.
Disliked: When you showered there would be a puddle of water on the floor outside, even though I made sure each time to close both sides all the way. The coffee station that is available was only half stocked and only one cup. Not a big deal just thought I would mention as to not forget again. The balcony I requested had no view at all, just trees. Finally the room size was comfortable but I would have liked it to be a little bit bigger for a king suite.
