This was the one and...

Liked: The hotel staff was great and went out of their way to be helpful!
Disliked: The "bistro" was a huge disappointment. Due to the location (chosen for proximity to OAK) being unsafe we had counted on dining at the in house restaurant! What restaurant doesn't have eggs for breakfast (and they'd been out of fresh eggs for four to five days)?! Friends had stayed the previous week and they were out of bacon that day! The young man (Isaac??) did his best to accomodate our adjusted needs! Reception staffing does not seem to be the problem here, that falls on management!

Great clean location and value...

Liked: The location is quite convenient to the Oakland airport. The premises are clean. The staff is professional and courteous.
Disliked: there is a fee associated with parking.

Location, Lyft pick up from...

Liked: I only liked the location.
Disliked: I checked in at 6:30 pm and checked out 8am. I was there for a funeral of a family person. Did not use any facilities only room stay. But I was charged extra for that.

Liked: Close to Oakland airport…hotel will arrange Lyft ride if you call upon arrival at airport… staff throughout hotel very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Rooms clean and bed very comfortable!
Disliked: It was always dark upon arrival so area didn’t look like a location to go for a stroll.

Exceptional

Beyond what we were expecting....

Liked: The staff were super friendly, professional and the fact the Lyft was complimentary was something we were not aware of. Nice surprise!
Disliked: Nothing! It was by far a great stay at a hotel and very reasonable.
