Liked: Location was what we needed. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Things were confusing. Key cards weren't working so couldn't leave our room. The breakfast was very confusing. Didn't know if it was included in our price or not, or how to go about getting it.

Liked: We travelled in group and i think we had had 5 rooms, I needed a handicapped equipped bathroom and was delighted with the size..the front desk staff both at check in and check out were just wonderful

Liked: Location and the staff were friendly and helpful!
Disliked: I like to be able to keep the fan on all night for white noise and air circulation. The unit in my room was not able to be programmed to do that.

It was adequate.

Disliked: You could hear some type of mechanical noise throughout the night.

Disliked: We booked a King suite and it was great. Our only complaint was the room we were given was right next to the elevator. It was a little noisy, but it didn't disturb us that much.
