Liked: Clean room and comfortable bed. Able to check-in early and we liked the 12 o'clock late check-out as well. Really great staff. Very accommodating. Loved our guest associate, Charlotte! :)
Disliked: No hair-dryer in room. Shuttle service charged more than our guest associate told us.

Even though they are remodeling, the accommodations were good. The staff was great and we had a nice stay.

Liked: Would have been nice to know they were under construction. Fire alarm went off no elevator. No hot water…. One of our group was moved three times due to room problems. Coffee shut down at 930…. No breakfast food at all. But two ladies at the front desk were awesome

Liked: ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING. THIS PROPERTY WAS DISCUSTING. WHEN I CHECKED IN, THEY TOLD ME THERE IS NO HOT WATER. I WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER, THEY HAD NO HOT WATER YESTERDAY EITHER.
Disliked: NO HOT WATER, PULL OUT SOFA MATTRESS WAS DISCUSTING, STAINS ON CARPET, SHOWER SOAP HOLDER WAS CAULKED ON AND FELL OFF, NO DRAIN, COUCH CUSHIONS NOT MATCHING, DRESSER HAD DRILL HOLES IN IT, NO COFFEE IN ROOM. FRONT DESK MADE ME COME DOWN AND PICK UP BLANKETS, TOWELS AND COMFORTERS. I AM EXPECTING A FULL REFUND.

Don’t always run to hotel...

Liked: Location and price (at the time of booking).
Disliked: Front desk staff did not mention the hotel renovations. TV didn’t work and barely had hot water.
