Liked: Clean room and comfortable bed. Able to check-in early and we liked the 12 o'clock late check-out as well. Really great staff. Very accommodating. Loved our guest associate, Charlotte! :)
Disliked: No hair-dryer in room. Shuttle service charged more than our guest associate told us.

Even though they are remodeling, the accommodations were good. The staff was great and we had a nice stay.

Disliked: No free coffee or breakfast. There is a Starbucks to help you spend more money. I was charged 20$ extra and was told it was for incidentals and I have not received it back. There were no incidents. The tv didn’t work and they moved me.

Disliked: Room infested with nats, small bugs. Room had a terrible extreme oder like a perfume or something. Got in late and both woke up with major headache from it. Found long hairs on sheets under covers. Spoke with attendant lady with no help. Have been calling to speak to a manager. Will not be in all weekend.

Liked: The staff is friendly and it's located close to the airport.
Disliked: The rooms need some refurbishing. There are holes in the walls, towel racks missing in the bathroom and other little things that if fixed would make a difference.

Disliked: Listing on Booking.com specifically said airport shuffle. When making reservation I expressed this as a concern due to late arrival. Response was no problem. Telephone number on confirmation and listing did not work.
