Liked: Clean room and comfortable bed. Able to check-in early and we liked the 12 o'clock late check-out as well. Really great staff. Very accommodating. Loved our guest associate, Charlotte! :)
Disliked: No hair-dryer in room. Shuttle service charged more than our guest associate told us.

Even though they are remodeling, the accommodations were good. The staff was great and we had a nice stay.

Comfortable room and bed, good...

Disliked: The renovations caused some issues: The new door wouldn't unlock properly, There was little or no hot water, even after running for 5 minutes.

Disliked: but they don’t have hot water we have to take cold showers all the time , I call front desk and they said they reset the boiler and we will have hot water in minutes that never happened, I ask for a discount , refund Or a vouchers and they refused at the end of my stay they told me to leave the water running for 30 minutes and that didn’t work I had to be at the airport early in the morning, they knew about the water problem and they didn’t care .. so I was here at 4 am trying to get hot water so I can take a simple shower.. the manager never call the staff back to resolve the issue.

Disliked: The tv didn’t work. The vanity light only worked when it wanted to. The shower didn’t drain and took a long time to get hot water.

Liked: Would have been nice to know they were under construction. Fire alarm went off no elevator. No hot water…. One of our group was moved three times due to room problems. Coffee shut down at 930…. No breakfast food at all. But two ladies at the front desk were awesome
