I enoyed my stay there and I will be visiting again. The service was great and I enjoyed the many different things located inside the motel as well as the nearby attractions. The room was clean and ready on arrival.

Liked: Great service. There were many things available inside the hotel such as an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and restaurant.

The front desk staff including Annie couldn't have been any nicer and willing to help with our questions. Thank you to all!

The beds were comfortable and the comforter almost got stolen - yeah, it was comfy! The staff was super nice and Daryl parked my jeep like a boss. I will be back to this hotel soon!

Disliked: There were few things broken in my room. Shower drain, ironing board, and the TV did not work first night that was there, as I had to wiggle the wires to get it to work.. I went and complained, and I wish they had made a monetary compensation for the issues but nothing was done. That would've made me satisfied completely.

This Facility needs better Accommodations...

Liked: Location has great Downtown Norfolk accessible for my needs. Being a former resident of downtown 1982-1997 they have moved in positive direction in tying in the district to be more than just on the water, Too bad the Dinosaur McArthur Center did not do what it was intended vs the amount of space it takes up.Front Desk staff very Hospitable and could see my frustrations with the parking situation considering it was a slow week.
Disliked: No offering for onsite Breakfast - Lunch offered in Caffe - One "Angry Bird" barely handled coffee - had to venture out on foot or be pressured to pay Valet to get your car sitting 20 feet from the door Note Parking is thru 3rd party provider with new software that had glitches even the staff had trouble with.Rooms definitely need refreshing as the baths in both rooms I stayed in were like dirty damp vaults Note I said 2 rooms in 3 days as the Mirror over sink in first room fell in the wee hour of the am while I was getting ready for the day- lets say I was an Eye Opener... they had to move me for balance of stay
