I enoyed my stay there and I will be visiting again. The service was great and I enjoyed the many different things located inside the motel as well as the nearby attractions. The room was clean and ready on arrival.

Liked: Great service. There were many things available inside the hotel such as an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and restaurant.
Disliked: None.

The front desk staff including Annie couldn't have been any nicer and willing to help with our questions. Thank you to all!

The beds were comfortable and the comforter almost got stolen - yeah, it was comfy! The staff was super nice and Daryl parked my jeep like a boss. I will be back to this hotel soon!

Comfortable and Conveniently Located!

Liked: The room was comfortablle and parking was convenient. The hotel was within walking distance to restaurants, the Crysler Museum, and other Norfolk attrcations. When I noticed the shower curtain was missing a liner a new shower curtain was supplied. I love the new policy of no longer using individual shampoo, conditioner and bodywash containers. The pillows were nice and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I didn't like haiving to pay for parking, but realize funds are needed to keep it maintained. I didn't like that the front staff didn't take my comment about the water bottles supplied in the room appearing to be tampered more serously. I suggested they might want to consider supplying a bottle for each guest when they check in instead of having them in the room. During checking out I was told I could have asked for a bottle of water at the front desk on my arrival but how was I to know? Can you please change this policy and stop leaving the bottles in the room and just give them during check in or at least inform guests they can pick one anytime during their stay and more importantly when their hands aren't full! I couldn't get the coffee pod to work in the coffee maker in the room so I had to make hot water (using the device supplied) and allow the coffee bag to "brew" in my cup. I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but this was really bad coffee.
