Disappointed

Liked: Workers were friendly and professional.
Disliked: My bathroom was not clean. Coffee pod was left in coffee maker from previous guess and shower has mildew and dirty tiles. Spoke with manager and bill was adjusted for inconvenience. Manager Sent maid over to clean room to find out maid is not using water to clean. That is the reason there is dirty shower. I am a timeshare owner so this is very disappointing.

Liked: The bEd and staff were great. Entrance was amazing. Clean entrance.
Disliked: Shower had mold in it. Other than that was clean. Tv kept fluttering in and out. For also 200.00 a night. They should give you a great hot breakfast instead of having to pay extra for breakfast.

It was the perfect hotel...

Liked: The lobby, firepit and our suite were perfect for small group gatherings for 50th HS reunion classmates. About 10 of us stayed at the Courtyard!
Disliked: Wish the Starbucks Cafe had longer hours, but it was staffed by a wonderful woman who made us one more coffee and tea at 10;06 am before she closed for the morning.
