Excellent Hotel with Great Staff....

Liked: Very nice and clean Hotel. Front desk and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. There was daily cleaning of the rooms. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Great location - Walking distance to Jersey Gardens Shopping Mall for shopping and to catch the bus to go to New York City and around New Jersey. The Hotel was very convenient to Newark Airport. Great shuttle service to the Airport.
Disliked: Lighting and water pressure in the room could be better.No breakfast included. A breakfast would be nice.No safe in the room. A safe in the room would be highly appreciated.The Air conditioner and heat in the room could be Quiter.

Liked: Clean. Staff are nice and very helpful. Close to mall. Good shuttle service
Disliked: Furniture look old. Water pressure at bath was low

Disliked: The first room we received was not clean in the 2nd room . The shower head was broken. We made do. It was only for 1 night. The hotel really needs a face lift. The people could not have been nicer.It is not the staff job but management to up keep the hotel.
