Liked: The rooms were clean and well lit.
Disliked: The noise/music from the ground floor restaurant was permeating through the walls and floors.

Liked: Located right next to the Prudential Arena
Disliked: No on-site restaurant

Loved the location with parking...

Liked: Loved the way we were able to park next to hotel. Also that we could connect to Prudential Center through a covered walkway.
Disliked: Loved that Starbucks was on property BUT it should be open 24 hours or at least day and night hours. It really isn't setup to service the entire hotel as the only restaurant especially being open only for Breakfast from 7-11. There was a long line and only two people working. A Breakfast Buffet would better serve the restaurant.

Disliked: The front desk staff, one in particular not too friendly. There is no shuttle to & from the airport what a rip off

Disliked: Everything - beds were uncomfortable, room smelled like cigarettes, room was very small, terrible view
