Liked: I liked the location of the hotel. My check was smooth
Disliked: -I did not like the parking fees. It was too much. It was a whole problem getting breakfast that I requested for. Parking is too expensive- I don’t like the fact that my card was charged and was non refundable before I even make the decision to stay in the hotel

Liked: Close to venue. Front desk was very friendly and rooms were very clean.
Disliked: Front entry way not very attractive.

Great location and staff, but...

Liked: Location of the hotel was great. The staff was great.
Disliked: My bed was awful. When I sat down it flattened and it had no support. I paid $400 for the night and there is no way that price is fair for the product that was provided. I couldn’t sleep at all last night. I would like my money refunded. I told the staff they need to remove the bed and they were going to switch the bed out.
