Very good

Liked: Cleanliness, security, location, lots of electrical,outlets and USB ports. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: A little cramped. It’s NYC, so that is to be expected. However, there was nowhere to hang towels, and it was difficult to navigate open luggage.

Ideal Gem in the heart...

Liked: The location was ideal and easily accessible by transit. So many sites to see including a walk to WTC Memorial and oculus, Wall Street, South Street Seaport. If it were summer, I would consider taking the ferry to Ellis Island to see the Statue of Liberty.
Disliked: Breakfast was not included but there are other places to eat in the area.
