The people behind the desk...
Liked: Clean. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: We were informed that they had a restaurant on premises. It did. But there was no staff for either breakfast or dinner.

VERY DISAPPOINTING
Liked: I didn't like anything.
Disliked: The staff is giving us 2 separate beds when i have booked for 1 king size bed since we are couple, he said there is a problem with the room before we arrived, and he can't do anything about it. After discussing and almost 30 minutes waiting finally, he said there is available king size room. When we are going to our room the Elevator broke down and when we asked the reception how long it will take to wait, he said 'i don't know, there is no Engineer available and again he said, 'he can't do anything about it'. It was so disappointing coz we have travelled far and so tired, even though we have arranged ahead of time still it gives us inconvenience because of the hassles and the unpleasant response of the staff. When am asking for the refund and cancelling it, he offered to give us room on the next hotel which is their sister company, all the while he said he can't do anything about when they have another hotel steps next to it. both of the hotel debited my account and i need to follow up before they have refunded. I hope Marriott Group shall look unto this as their staffs reflects the Image of their beautiful Company. Very Disappointing!

The worst hotel of this...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The worst hotel of this trip, completely not worth staying: 1. I booked two rooms—one King Bed room and one Double Queen Bed room—but the hotel gave us two Double Queen rooms instead and refused to change them even after I requested it. 2. Double charged—Booking.com showed that I had already paid, but the hotel still charged me $860 (I have proof from my bank statement) and denied the charge when I contacted them. I will submit evidence to Booking.com. 3. In the middle of the night, someone else swiped their card and entered my room, waking me up. 4. As I needed to go to JFK Airport at night, I requested to store my luggage until 9 PM at checkout but was directly refused. 5. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude, didn’t solve any problems, and even hung up the phone on me."
