Great location and clean, but...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, and the service from the staff was generally attentive.
Disliked: I booked a room with a city view, which was essential to my choice, but the room provided did not have the view as advertised. I reached out by email after my stay to address this, but I have not received a response in over a month, which feels unprofessional. I will be including photos of the supposed ‘city view’ with this review.

Superb

Liked: This hotel is super clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the location is superb. I slept like a baby throughout the night, thanks to the comfortable bed and pillows. The smell of the room is so inviting and fresh that you know the hotel is maintained very well. It is just a block away from Bryan Park and Whole Foods! Will we return to this hotel if we decide to spend a few nights in Manhattan? Absolutely yes.
Disliked: The size of the room is small but very normal for Manhattan standard.

Nice location, broken bathroom door...

Liked: Location was excellent.
Disliked: The bathroom door was barn door style and it was broken. I notified the staff but the door was not repaired during our 3 night stay. This made it impossible to close the door to the bathroom which is obviously not ideal or something that is expected when booking and paying for a room for 4 people.
