Good location, but an unacceptable...

Liked: The location is excellent, close to Times Square.....
Disliked: But the experience with double charging was something I’ve never encountered before. Despite acknowledging their mistake, the hotel failed to resolve the issue and left us stranded on the last day of our trip. Instead of taking responsibility, they only offered delayed and empty responses. Booking.com eventually resolved the problem by refunding the amount we paid through their platform.For a major hotel chain, this level of disrespect and lack of accountability is shocking. I filed a complaint with the hotel chain, but they remain silent. This experience has left me deeply, deeply disappointed.

Liked: Location and staff were great. The room was very good. Bathroom door can be updated.
Disliked: Just the bathroom door. Hard to keep closed and looked worn.

Disliked: First day they take deposit of 100 euro. Last day they said it will be on my account after 5-7 days. Black mold in shower. Dirty bath. Sparks from electrical outlets. Dirty sheets. Bleached bed.
