Mahalo!

Liked: Service was great. 12th floor lounge was nice to hangout in. Location across from subway station was ideal. We would highly recommend your hotel.

Superb

Liked: The hotel was in a great location for visiting NYC. The hotel and our room were clean.The front desk people were friendly and gave us great recommendations for shopping, eating, etc.
Disliked: Not enough towel racks (hooks) or trash cans in the room.
