Accommodation is really nice, close...

Liked: It was close to everything, rooms are clean and comfy.

Liked: I LIKED THE LOCATION AND THE CORDIALITY OF THE STAFF.
Disliked: THE ROOM IS NOT VERY CLEAN, THERE WAS A NEIGHBOR WHO MADE A LOT OF NOISE ALL DURING THE EARLY MORNING AND THAT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

Disliked: The room was not ready when we are going. Lifts were not working. Wasted our time to move into our rooms. No water bottles in room. Room was is also not working

Great location and comfortable stay

Liked: Great central location, 15-20 flat walk to time square, empire state building, central park.Comfortable room and beds with amazing view of Manhattan.
Disliked: Breakfast was below average. Coffee was good, but food options were limited and mostly processed. Better off getting breakfast from round the corner fresh bakery.

Liked: Perfect location for visiting NYC, especially with the major tourists spots during the holidays. Also very close to subway station. Staff were very helpful and held our backs before and after checking in.
