Superb

Liked: Very nice place to stay, close to the Penn station. Staff extremely helpful and nice. Room clean and comfortable, bathroom as well.
Disliked: No kettle in the room

Liked: Very good service in general only one problem with an employed during our breakfast but it was resolved promptly
Disliked: The location was very important to us, we did for an sporting event at MSG and we arrived by train the hotel is very close to Penn Station
