Hotel has a great location within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and theaters. They have a delicious breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Liked: The front desk registration staff were friendly and very service oriented. One person who stands out is Kim. She insured we were being taken care of.
Disliked: Housekeeping services. I requested fresh towels, etc. in the morning prior to leaving the hotel for the day. At 3:30 pm when I returned there were still no clean towels etc.

overall the Marriott was great...

Disliked: I booked three rooms with Booking.com. I sent a note to the Marriott with the names of my two friends who were with me. they were able to check in- no issues! when I went to check in I was advised there wasn’t a third room under my name. somewhat confused I again presented my passport and then my booking confirmation with Booking.com. the registration desk person said the reason I wasn’t found was my last name on your system had my last name as ‘nanmacdonald’! this I found to be very difficult to understand especially since I sent the Marriott a message with the names of who was travelling with me. my name is: First name: Nan; surname: MacDonald. Eventually the issue was resolved but it was not a very good experience. I can only assume the error was made from the Booking.com reservation. I am a BonVoy member #133446247. thank you.

Convenient nice place in the...

Liked: Convenient location. Walkable to Times Square, Subway Red line, and Broadway. Staff was friendly and gave a complementary breakfast for 1 day.
Disliked: Shower handle was broken, ended up leaking a few times. Sunday morning elevator traffic was terrible. Ended up waiting more than 10mins just to be able to get down the elevator. A few stains on the bed sheet. A bit on the pricier side - but it's New York so not bad.
