Hotel has a great location within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and theaters. They have a delicious breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Liked: The front desk registration staff were friendly and very service oriented. One person who stands out is Kim. She insured we were being taken care of.
Disliked: Housekeeping services. I requested fresh towels, etc. in the morning prior to leaving the hotel for the day. At 3:30 pm when I returned there were still no clean towels etc.

Liked: I like the refrigerator in the room the big bed but dislike that it was old , you can see the color faded and scratched also the chair was old the color was faded and leather was ripped

Liked: Location was close to all everything a first time visitor would want to see
Disliked: Lots of construction noise mainly outside but also some inside of hotel. I am a light sleeper and it woke me up early several times

Good value for very comfortable...

Liked: We requested and were given one of their larger rooms. It was very comfortable, clean and had a great view. Staff very accommodating. Bed comfortable.
Disliked: Kuerig machine did not work even after a staff member tried to fix it. No coffee or hot water in the lobby. Elevators quite slow during peak times.
