Hotel has a great location within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and theaters. They have a delicious breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Liked: The front desk registration staff were friendly and very service oriented. One person who stands out is Kim. She insured we were being taken care of.
Disliked: Housekeeping services. I requested fresh towels, etc. in the morning prior to leaving the hotel for the day. At 3:30 pm when I returned there were still no clean towels etc.

I will be back.

Disliked: Bathroom could be a bit more isolated. It has double doors with a gap between them which does not give privacy.No possibility to choose single beds which can be a bit uncomfortable when travelling with a friend.

Liked: Very well located (just a few steps from Central Park). A very comfortable hotel. Also, the staff is very kind.

Superb

The room wasn't bad, but...

Liked: Room was small but clean and quiet, which was remarkable considering we were in the heart of NYC.
Disliked: They didn't accept my promo code, Breakfast and dinner were expensive. Walking around outside there wasn't much to see (there was Steven Colbert show but who wants to see that, and MOMA was boring and expensive). The streets were dirty, crowded, noisy and the smell of pot everywhere.
