Hotel has a great location within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and theaters. They have a delicious breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.

Liked: The front desk registration staff were friendly and very service oriented. One person who stands out is Kim. She insured we were being taken care of.
Disliked: Housekeeping services. I requested fresh towels, etc. in the morning prior to leaving the hotel for the day. At 3:30 pm when I returned there were still no clean towels etc.

Liked: Location was superb and would stay again for that reason.
Disliked: The room had a few faults but the response to that was excellent. Thought all Marriotts offered same breakfast choice and system.

Disliked: It was uncomfortable because the water in the shower room did not drain. Even though the technician came and said he fixed it, it still wouldn't drain, so my feet were constantly soaking in dirty water when I showered. Also, every time I used a towel, a lot of dust came out, which made me cough. And the desk chair wheel scratched my toe, causing it to bleed and get hurt.
