Good location. Would stay there...

Disliked: Only one lift was working, which was a problem for a hotel with 30 floors.

Very good

Disliked: The rooms need a small refrigerator. Not having water or cold drinks in the room is an inconvenience. Having to go to the 5th floor daily for ice is not ideal.

NY marathon getaway

Liked: Clean and close proximity to restaurant and tourist spots, friendly staff.
Disliked: Broken elevator, feel bad for the staff using one for everything

Liked: The location is perfect, 2min to Bryant park and major attractions, also with metro and bus stop very close. The personnel were very nice and answered all of our queries and even helped us to book a transfer to the airport. The room is as advertised, not very big but for new York and the price was good.
Disliked: Can't say much as it was what we were expecting. A bit old and that only one elevator was working so in the morning it took some time to get to the first floor but they were doing some work on the other one.
