Not going to stay there...

Liked: The location was great!
Disliked: There are several things that we did not like: the TV would stop working several times, the engineer came and finally got to work after about three try's. The water was off for about three hours and they called to see if housekeeping could clean and they did not come until the next day.

Disappointed that the construction was...

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The lobby was under construction. We asked for a room refresh and new towels multiple times! We FINALLY got towels but the room was never cleaned/freshened.

Disliked: When we got to to the check in desk they Did Not have our booking with you. We were lucky they had a room for us. I would suggest your people get together with them and make changes so that you both do not loose customers!

Horrible facility, false pictures online...

Liked: Not much, I have plans to call and discuss a refund with booking. I had so many issues and the front desk said I booked thru a third party so they didn’t help at all
Disliked: The building was under construction, no lobby and was not mentioned during booking pictures of hotel are false I was here for a wedding and needless to say my guests were not impressed the bathroom light stopped working, I had to fixed the toilet plunger, the a/c was turned down to 60 and the room never got below 72 (ac didn’t work) the value and front desk offered no help and also no help on parking and told me to contact booking . Com
