Disliked: I selected a sofa sleeper. Upon arrival, I was told the website was incorrect. Staff bought a rollaway bed. It was extremely too low.

Don’t book through a 3rd...

Disliked: I booked for a double Queen room with a sofa bed and balcony, was given a double Queen room with balcony and no sofa bed. When I contacted the front desk, they advised that NONE of the 3rd party vendors specify the details of the room you pick on their site. I called to get the room in which I paid for, they could not accommodate me. They had given the room they confirmed for me on 7/16/2024 to someone else. I was then offered a king room with 1 bed and the sofa bed, no balcony with a $25 credit. I’m unsure as to how this was even a viable option, but whatever. Make sure you KEEP contacting the hotel to verify they have the room that you booked.
