Liked: Had rooms on the 9th and 10th floor and both floors were very quiet in the evenings, even on Friday night when the streets were bustling. Room was well laid out, clean, and had all the typical amenities needed. Helpful to offer breakfast and Starbucks on site, though they are only open until 10:30am.
Disliked: Would have preferred for our three rooms to have been on the same floor so we could keep the family together, but good to know the hotel was all booked up! Needing to take two separate elevators up to the rooms was a little confusing at first.

Liked: Great room. Staff kept it clean each day. Perfect location for us, just a few blocks from Bourbon St.

Perfect location for first timers...

Liked: The location is perfect for first timers visiting New Orleans. We had easy access to the busy & crazy part of French Quarter, modern side of downtown, and riverfront; the Jazz at Ritz Carlton was a surprise bonus treat; Hotel staff at the front seat were very friendly and helpful.
