Valet take about 30minutes to get your car. Call in advance. The hotel lobby looks better than the rooms. Like who really spends time in the lobby?

Liked: The valet is $30.00 for the whole time you are there.
Disliked: The beds are hard. Charged twice for my room - I still have yet to get my money back.

Liked: The staff were fantastic. The location was very convenient for touring NOLA.
Disliked: The first room we were given was extremely musty and moldy smelling. We did arrive later but we had done early online check in so it was disappointing to be given such a lousy room. It gave us a headache. The next day the helpful staff relocated us to a room that was okay. We love the Marriott brand and stay with them as much as possible. This was our first time being so disappointed. This property needs attention to its building.

Liked: I loved everything ! The customer service is received from the AM shift Courtney and Rayshawn was above and beyond. I encountered a small issue with the PM staff with a request, and when I saw Courtney the next morning, she was on it ! Every question i had, Rayshawn had the answer. If not, Courtney wasn't too far away . This was my first time in New Orleans for my birthday and the customer service i received at The Courtyard Marriott French Quarter is why I am a Marriott member and why on my next trip to The Big Easy i will be staying at the Courtyard Again
