Great location, clean rooms!

Liked: Nice location, easy and very friendly check in.
Disliked: Checkout gentleman was very very rude, and actually physically huffed in annoyance when I asked to pay cash at check out. So I just left. Sad that that is the last I Tera tion I had with hotel because everyone else was great. Left a bad taste, he was very rude, and probably should not be allowed near guests, or customer service.

Liked: Receptionist when we arrived wasn’t hospitable and was slow, although others were neutral to nice in which of course this is the least expected

Disliked: Not much amenities in the rooms Was loud during the night on Fridays/saturdays

Liked: Didn’t confirm my stay with booking, checked me in as a walk in. Double charged me, still haven’t received a refund. Didn’t explain that I already pay for parking. Management was very unhelpful, other than one nice lady I spoke to over the phone expressing my concerns. Other than poor staff the place is nice, in a good location and clean. Would book again if it wasn’t for the front counter staff and one specific manager.

Disliked: The hotel front desk put me in the wrong room. I had someone put balloons in the room prior to arrival to surprise my daughter for her 21 birthday and we walked in to the wrong room. Had to go back down and get the correct room
