It was ok

Liked: I checked out a day early . Was not told by the front desk that I would be charge the one day no matter what . Found out when I got my receipt via email
Disliked: Not being forward about the fee for checking out one day early and the place was on - pillow sheets not 100 percent clean

Della was great.

Liked: Convenience and location
Disliked: Had booked a king with sofa bed and when arrived was told only King available. Originally told nothing could be done to change but Della made it happen.

What stay? Awful.

Liked: Booked a room, arrived with our small and exhausted children to find out that there was not a room available due to Booking.com over booking.Waited 3 hours just to have to drive all the way home. If you want to book here, call the facility and do not use Booking.com
