Very convenient location.

Liked: Very convenient and within walking distance to Osbahnhof.Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The shampoo, shower gel, conditioner dispensers were too high. I am a short lady and it was difficult for me to reach. If children were staying, they would have a problem too.

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms and...

Liked: The room was really comfortable, spacious and had everything that we needed. The bed was nice, maybe just some more pillows would've been great. But overall a really nice stay. Really close to train station.
Disliked: The window didn't close completely so it was a little bit noisy. The train passes just outside the hotel. The room smelled a little bit of cigar smoke. Breakfast was $35 per person.
