Not a good experience at...

Liked: The property was nice but the room had a part of the ceiling kept falling down so we had to get transferred to another room and by that time it was 3am couldn’t get to sleep so checked at 3:30 am I

Liked: Anytime I travel to Muncie, I love staying here! I love the luxury feel of staying here. I call this hotel home sweet home! One of the best hotels in Muncie!
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like.

Liked: Breakfast was okay It was high priced though you would have thought it would have been included in the price of the room but oh well other than that and everything was fantastic
Disliked: Breakfast should have been included and complementary instead of having to pay for it separate

Loved the rooms very clean

Liked: The rooms were very clean and it had a parking garage
Disliked: Lot of homeless people walking around and charging there phones inside breezeway long walk from parking garage to hotel elevator for handicapped person and someone on oxygen
