Liked: the staff during checking was very comprehensive of our situation, we came in late after check-in hours and our booking was no longer available in the system, but we did some team work with booking and the hotel and all ended great.

Disliked: The room needed maintenance: the bathroom vent wasn’t working, and the door didn’t lock without slamming the door.

Liked: Very professional/friendly reception staff! The beds were super comfy and the room got decent space too! Lots of underground parking spaces!
Disliked: The only thing missing with facilities would be a hot tub!!
