Disliked: 1. There was an event and the hotel closed the restaurant to give full access to their event. Guests weee expected to go and find somewhere else to eat.One option was room service … but there was only only chair in the room so you couldn’t even eat at a table. It was also absolutely pouring down with rain. The receptionist was really rude and unhelpful. He offered me an umbrella to go out to find a restaurant!When I complained

Liked: Large clean ground floor room near to the pool.The room was changed on arrival by helpful front office as we had bicycles.Food in the restaurant was good and quick efficient service.

Great new hotel with good...

Liked: Nice modern hotel, located next to the new town hall. While it may not be so centrally located when compared to others it is very well connected by the city wide tram network.
Disliked: The cleaning team didn’t come back after knocking at 10am, being refused entry and after asking reception for their service. I little disappointing.

Liked: Big hotel with great range of facilities in calm clean and quiet part of the city. 1 min from the tram station to get any place. Inside parking, very tasty breakfast with salmon and huge variety of high quality products. Easy check in / out, friendly staff.I’m
