Worst courtyard experienced ever, not...

Disliked: Check-in staff evidently unfamiliar with room layout gave wrong directions to room location on opposite side of facility. Room was not clean (dust, and bathroom sink & toilet not sanitary), no hot water until hours after occupancy, bathroom sink and commode needing maintenance - faucet and commode lid unsecured to fixture. Temperature did not match setting - room chilly until thermostat set to higher than expected range.
