Didn't really stay long enough to give a good review; didn't hang out in lobby or go to the gym. Stayed the night there after watching a concert at the Monroe Civic Center after a 3 hour drive.

Liked: Clean; friendly staff.
Disliked: Water pressure for shower; bed was squeeky; breakfast was expensive.

Nice enough accommodations. Very comfortable bed.

Liked: Room was really nice except for that vent hole in the bathroom floor where you can look down and see water gurgling after you flush.
Disliked: I'm not a cheap person but was flabbergasted to see the hotel actually charges for a box of cereal and coffee in the breakfast area.

For the price breakfast should...

Liked: Attractive, modern & comfortable room. Comfy beds.
Disliked: No ice machine, though they let us get ice in the kitchen. No complimentary breakfast, though there was a Starbucks in the lobby to buy coffee & breakfast.

Liked: I enjoyed the room. Clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location There are many places in the area to eat. My only complaint is that I don't like the small pillows. I give the hotel and staff a 9.5 rating. Happy Holidays
