The staff was the highlight for me and my kids. Front desk was always smiling, helpful, and kind. Accommodations were perfect and if we're ever in Milwaukee again, it will be our go to place.

Liked: Renovations were recently completed and looked great.
Disliked: Only low point was the shower handle popping off (room 218).

We arrived late in the evening, and were upgraded to a suite since I am a Marriott Rewards member. I really appreciated that extra benefit. Hotel seemed more like a regular Marriott than a Courtyard - more elegant. Parking fee allowed us in and out privileges for 24 hours, not just until we checked out.

Disliked: Furniture in room was a little dated. $15 for parking.

Disliked: When I booked the parking it was for valet in door parking. I was sent to a parking lot that I parked my vehicle myself and it was just out in the open. The cars were so close together I had to be super careful opening my door and getting out and back in … when it was pick up time from the airport, the driver flew past the spot they told me to stand at (B203) .. I had to run down the road to catch the shuttle and then told me it was my fault he couldn’t see me. The driver was going pretty quickly, the check engine light and another service light was visible on the dash … it appeared one headlight was out on the shuttle as well.

Disliked: The housekeepers need to sincerely clean the rooms, the shower curtains, WASHING the linens and cleaning the tub out with disinfectant.
