The staff was the highlight for me and my kids. Front desk was always smiling, helpful, and kind. Accommodations were perfect and if we're ever in Milwaukee again, it will be our go to place.

Liked: Renovations were recently completed and looked great.
Disliked: Only low point was the shower handle popping off (room 218).

We arrived late in the evening, and were upgraded to a suite since I am a Marriott Rewards member. I really appreciated that extra benefit. Hotel seemed more like a regular Marriott than a Courtyard - more elegant. Parking fee allowed us in and out privileges for 24 hours, not just until we checked out.

Liked: Good value. Convenient location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Furniture in room was a little dated. $15 for parking.

Great friendly staff, especially the...

Liked: The staff was great, they served limited Starbucks drinks, connected to a cool huge ‘market’ food court area (though the staff at the place we went were terrible that has nothing to do with the hotel).
Disliked: No hot tub, and online gave a menu for their bistro for afternoon/evening but they only serve breakfast.
