Disliked: You put on an extra $100 fee for no reason and didn’t explain it to us. I called when we got home and the man didn’t act very nice. Said we should get it back in three days or so. Why didn’t we get told that?

Liked: The staff were wonderful! The pool and fitness center was clean.
Disliked: The shower door would not close . The door to the refrigerator was broken. The coffee maker in the room was not clean. This room was expensive due to it was a family wedding and on a weekend. I guess that is why I was a bit disappointed with the broken items in the room.

Liked: Clean, well appointed and friendly.
Disliked: The Bistro Restaurant -- they were short handed, were out of most menu items and what they did have were reheated in a microwave.

Liked: I did not stay for the breakfast as we had to get going early.
Disliked: When i arrived for check in there was a line and the wait was about 20 minutes. Also there was a bar and what looked like a snack station that was not open in the afternoon, a guest should be able to get a drink and watch a football game at their hotel without going out.
