Older property but good location.fine...

Liked: We were able to check in early directly after arriving from the airport. The location was very convenient. Very walkable to Bayfront area and r downtown restaurants. Shuttle to the cruise terminal was also convenient. $10 per person.
Disliked: Pool area was nice but no bar or anything up there. Rooms, especially the bathrooms were dated. A room for 4 people was prepared with only 2 bath towels.

Nice room, good location, but...

Liked: The room was good, and the bed comfortable
Disliked: I was charged for parking ($90 for 2 nights which is extortionate). I arrived by taxi and didn't have a car. Of course the charge was removed when I pointed it out, but it I could easily have paid without realising. The line for breakfast was long at certain periods. I guess it's the American way, but when I pay over $600 for a two night stay I do not expect to have to queue 10 minutes to order breakfast and wait another 10 to receive it.

Disliked: Very old. Room felt worn but not necessarily dirty. Way overpriced for how old the place is.

Liked: The construction is old, while the advertisement pictures shows modern facilities. The double beds are smaller than a queen size bed. Room and toilets are old.
Disliked: Too expensive for what it delivers.

Good location, but facilities not...

Liked: Staff were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: We booked a rate with breakfast included only to show up and find they have only a coffee bar with some basic breakfast items available. I would not have paid for breakfast had I known this. One of the elevators was working so going up and down to our room was time consuming. I would have used the stairs but they were outside the hotel.
