Best option in Miami!!!

Liked: Comfortable, clean , beautiful and what I love the most was the outstanding service of staff in front desk, restaurant, as well as cleaning staff . Location is perfect and rooms are beyond comfortable
Disliked: I loved everything about it and the staff

They don’t honor room reservations...

Liked: It’s clean and close to the main street
Disliked: We booked this months before our trip and paid ahead of time. When we got there, they told us that the room we booked is not available and that they only have a smaller room. When we asked to get a refund they said no and after a long conversation, another receptionist came and said that they found a room like the one that we booked. They made us feel like we don’t have an option but to take the room that they are giving us. It is very inconvenient and stressful especially after traveling a whole day.

Disliked: You have to pay to park, same price if you walk up to book a room as going on an app to book one, expensive paying 300.00 for a room from 9pm until 8am.. came for dental work, driving from jacksonville to miami

Liked: The location is great and the staff is wonderful.
Disliked: The wifi did not work one evening when I need to work. I went to ask the front desk and they said they are fully booked so that could be the reason. This is UNACCEPTABLE. My sink in the bathroom kept getting clogged and my iron didn’t work so I had to request a new one.
