Great location!

Liked: Superb location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Short walk to Miracle mile and all the restaurants.
Disliked: My only complaint is that we had to pay for maid service and that is not something we have encountered in other Marriotts or brands.

Liked: Comfortable, clean , beautiful and what I love the most was the outstanding service of staff in front desk, restaurant, as well as cleaning staff . Location is perfect and rooms are beyond comfortable
Disliked: I loved everything about it and the staff

They don’t honor room reservations...

Liked: It’s clean and close to the main street
Disliked: We booked this months before our trip and paid ahead of time. When we got there, they told us that the room we booked is not available and that they only have a smaller room. When we asked to get a refund they said no and after a long conversation, another receptionist came and said that they found a room like the one that we booked. They made us feel like we don’t have an option but to take the room that they are giving us. It is very inconvenient and stressful especially after traveling a whole day.
