Super Comfortable Beds / Great...

Liked: Size of room, spread of furniture, separate sofa to relax on, facilities to warm food. location to shopping Mall very spacious accomation, extremely comfortable bed.Availability to store luggage. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: nothing negative

I would not stay there...

Liked: Bed was comfortable, room was clean.
Disliked: Elevator wasn't working so the wait for the remaining elevator was long. The food in the hotel restaurant was abismal, and expensive. When I checked in right away my key cards did not work for the room (employee had forgotten to assign them). Generally too many problems for the price point of this hotel.

Overall good will definitely be...

Liked: Everything was lovely and comfortable
Disliked: The elevators can do with some servicing one particular night we came back from ahoy and had to use the stairs ( we were on the 5th floor)

I had a wonderful stay...

Liked: I liked the location to the Dolphin Mall .The staff were helpful and friendly
Disliked: The breakfast was an additional cost, this should have been included in the per night rate. I did not have some account that was necessary to watch TV so I could not watch TV.
