I had a good experience at the hotel. Everything was clean and it was the perfect place for the night. Really grateful with all the staff. Thank you so much for all the jobs you do.

Liked: Wanted to book a location closer to work, but booking .com cancellation rate was the rate charged for the room.
Disliked: Mildew smell, window seal’s compromised to where you couldn’t see thru. Noisy location, dirty out dated room, the refrigerator made a harmonic tone that got worse when the ac turned on, gave me a headache and prevented me from sleeping.Mommy non-responsive

Disliked: THE ROOM HAD VERY VERY VERY BAD SMELLI HAD TO SPEND MORE THAN $40 BUYING DEODORANT SPRAYSTHE FIRS DAY THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED, THE ANSWER AT THE FRONT DESK WAS "WE DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH STAFF"tHE RESERVATION INDICATED "FREE BREAKBAST" HAS TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AT THE FRONT DESK, THEY GAVE ME A LITTLE PIECE OF PAPER WITH VERY FEW ITEMSS TO CHOOSE FOR BREAKFASTTHE BREAKFAST LINE FOR SERVICE TOOK MORE THAN 30 MINUTESIN SUMMARY VERY!!!!! VERY!!! bad!!!!!!WILL NEVER RECCOMMEND YOUR COURTYARD CHAIN AGAIN
