Liked: Was a great location, the hotel was very nice, the room had a great layout. The staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: Was very load, you could hear through the walls. Traffic could be heard all night long. The shower put water on the floor, which caused a falling hazard even with shower matt. Mattress was very uncomfortable and did not get a good night's sleep.

Liked: The staff in the Bistro were very accommodating and pleasant. Food was good.
Disliked: Whoever designed the shower obviously never used one. When the shower was turned on, water was sprayed onto the bathroom floor. The showerhead was only able to be moved slightly to stem the flow of water out of the enclosure. Towels were not the quality I would expect.

Liked: Staff are wonderful! Bella at the front desk and Dana, housekeeping supervisor, were both fully committed to providing great customer service.
