overpriced for surrounding hotels and...

Liked: There was no attendant at the bistro to take an order at 8:30am. I stood there for several minutes and waited. The lady at the main desk was not help either. No bedding available for the sofa bed.
Disliked: Staff members could have been more helpful. No urgency to assist me while I waited for the server at the bistro. No help from the lobby agent either.
