Disliked: The valet misplaced my keys because he didn’t look properly, also for the price of the room there should be complementary breakfast.

Disliked: Not a nice area. Parking for 35.00 is ridiculous especially in that location.

Clean facilities, supportative staff.

Liked: The staff was the best: professional, kind, very helpful.
Disliked: The elevator squeaked and we could hear it in the room. I really just wanted to oil it like the tin man.

Liked: breakfast was great food hot however the cogic came into town for a week and the breakfast time should have been change to 6 am not 630 because to accommodate the clientele for the one week we had early ,morning services and missed breakfast on the weekend
Disliked: the refridge did not work and food got spoil and the ice machine on the 3 rd floor did not work and we had to go down stairs to the bar, and the coffee was not available when we came back after service or hot water, maybe these changes can be change . the front desk informant us the kitchen staff went home and they are sorry
