My sister and I were in Memphis for a concert. By the time we got to our room it was very late, or rather, early in the a.m., and instead of two double beds, as paid for, there was one queen. We were too tired at that point to even call the front desk. Also, apparently because I booked after a search on ConcertHotels.com, Marriott will not give me points even though I'm pretty sure I paid full price, and if it was a wholesale rate, as they claim, it was not transparent. So, be aware of that. We also laughed about the "security gate." There is one going in, but the other is apparently open 24-7.

Disliked: Given wrong room type.

An excellent choice for those...

Liked: 1. Very comfortable room with 24-hour free shuttle that does not require reservation in advance2. Clean and big fitness room. The swimming pool looks nice but I didn't use it because it was still cold.3. Generally speaking, it is a pretty good hotel to stay for those who arrive at MEM Airport late or will catch an early flight at MEM Airport.
Disliked: 1. A female staff member said that she would give me a receipt of the snack I bought, but I never received it.2. There is only a Subway across from the hotel, and the open hours are short. If you don't eat in the hotel, you basically have nothing to eat.

Disliked: Cheap carpet everywhere makes difficult to move the luggage. Attached photo of the "breakfast", bistro was empty. Shuttle is small, if you have significant luggage it is not useful.
