My sister and I were in Memphis for a concert. By the time we got to our room it was very late, or rather, early in the a.m., and instead of two double beds, as paid for, there was one queen. We were too tired at that point to even call the front desk. Also, apparently because I booked after a search on ConcertHotels.com, Marriott will not give me points even though I'm pretty sure I paid full price, and if it was a wholesale rate, as they claim, it was not transparent. So, be aware of that. We also laughed about the "security gate." There is one going in, but the other is apparently open 24-7.

Liked: Great staff from front desk girls, to the cafe staff and also Sydney who came to fix the TV. Great food and drinks at cafe. Great shuttle service. Clean comfortable rooms. Will definitely stay here again!!
