Liked: The attention we were given by Levi and Summi was exceptional. Even though we weren’t in the heart of the city, I would book the same hotel again based entirely on how we were welcomed and looked after whilst we stayed at the courtyard. Highly recommend!!!!

Disliked: At check-out the Hotel did not want to refund the $100 deposit which they charged to my credit card account immediately at check-in.Also, the hotel charged me 1.95% credit card surcharge vs. the statutory surcharge requirement of 1.5% - this is 30% higher, definitely too excessive, possibly illegal.

Liked: The hotel is new so it is stylish and modern and incredibly clean. The beds are a good size and really comfortable. The carpark is also convenient.
Disliked: I have stayed twice now and it is noisy but not from outside, something inside. I thought it was the laundry but was advised there is no laundry onsite. The breakfast is also a bit of a let down for such a nice place.

Liked: Modern room, staff were nice.
Disliked: Not good value for money. Its just an expensive room with nothing else offered. You are not even given a toiletry kit. You are given a bottle of water but its small.Not very conveniently located.Towels were average, small & not fluffy.

Conveniently luxurious stay

Liked: Overall stay was fantastic. Staff members, particularly Levi went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed and at home. Clean, quiet and close to public transport and good food. Would recommend.
