difficulty with shuttle.
Liked: place was nice, clean and food was surprisingly good for a small, simple place. smoking area very pleasant.
Disliked: stayed there for early airport shuttle. when arriving at 3:45am were told the driver was ill and we had to walk! I have mobility issues and dragging luggage in the dark crossing large streets and parking lots was very difficult. they should have offered us an Uber or cab or something! very disappointing.

Close to Airport
Liked: Exceptionally clean hotel. Good for its proximity to the airport.
Disliked: The price was too high for an overnight stay so that we could catch our 5 a.m. flight.

Booking.com needs to address this...
Liked: This rating is for a stay on August 2nd that was supposedly cancelled in time! Courtyard refunded my stay for august 2nd. A double booking mistake for the same day. Booking.com has yet to issue a credit. Booking.com claim that they did not receive a written confirmation from the hotel, yet they had received several verbal confirmations from the front desk as by their own customer service statements to me. The issue is that the manager is not available to send a confirmation. This Genius level 3 spent hours upon hours for weeks now, with only promises forthcoming with no end result. Eventually I had to contact my bank and they issued me credit. I have been with Booking.com for many many years as a loyal customer and use them often. But this experience is too painful to stomach. It is unbeleivable to me that they would handle a simple transaction the way they did. It is their loss, to lose a loyal customer with their highest rating means nothing to them!
