Maintain a better relationship with...

Liked: I liked that even though the Courtyard by Marriott hotel is under construction, they keep it clean and pleasant.
Disliked: I made my reservation through an app, but my flight was delayed due to weather. I arrived at my destination, the CourtYard by Marriott Hotel, a day later and was kept waiting because a member of their team canceled my reservation, which I had already charged and paid for with my credit card
