Don't plan to stay there or at any other Courtyards in the future.

Liked: Front desk people nice. There was a fridge; coffee or tea in lobby always available.
Disliked: No safe in room; horrible little coffee machine with only powdered creamer and no ability to brew tea; no body lotion or shower cap; supplies and hot water not always available at coffee bar in lobby; overworked desk staff may not have had time as they were alone.

Liked: Staff were very friendly, but the hotel seemed understaffed.
Disliked: There was a party in the adjacent room who was ridiculously loud starting at 6:00 am. They were on the balcony screaming and slamming the sliding door. There was also a horrible marijuana smell in the area. The AC unit made a very loud screeching noise when on so we had to keep of off. Also- areas weren’t extremely clean. The room itself was fine, but the elevator and common areas were a bit dirty.

Disliked: Went to the bar to see what they had was looking at the food side and the bartender thought we wanted food but we we were just looking and just said (food is closed) and didn’t even offer us if we wanted a drink or anything and there were people there drinking..so we just went up to our room! He needs to learn more customer service and not think people are just there to eat!
