Don't plan to stay there or at any other Courtyards in the future.

Liked: Front desk people nice. There was a fridge; coffee or tea in lobby always available.
Disliked: No safe in room; horrible little coffee machine with only powdered creamer and no ability to brew tea; no body lotion or shower cap; supplies and hot water not always available at coffee bar in lobby; overworked desk staff may not have had time as they were alone.

Disliked: Went to the bar to see what they had was looking at the food side and the bartender thought we wanted food but we we were just looking and just said (food is closed) and didn’t even offer us if we wanted a drink or anything and there were people there drinking..so we just went up to our room! He needs to learn more customer service and not think people are just there to eat!

Disliked: Being charged for Parking in the lot with plenty of space. Ice machines not working unless you go to top floor with the only one operable. No breakfast included and Starbucks in lobby is never opened.
