Very convenient to Jiffy Lube Live Concert Arena. Room was pretty big; bed was very comfortable. I would come back if I was in the area. Very close to food and restaurants.

Liked: The Courtyard Manassas was centrally located to where we planned on visiting, we expected internet, however, we had to use our phones for internet. No one answered the phone for room service. No breakfast was included. Outside of these inconveniences, the room was spacious and clean and the location was perfect if you are visiting the Historic Manassas battlefields.
Disliked: We expected internet, however, we had to use our phones for internet. No one answered the phone for room service. The hotels internet didn't work. We were told we would receive a light breakfast, we couldn't even get coffee and water without an extra fee (which I don't mind, just don't tell me its included when I check in).

Perfect spot for your entertainment...

Liked: Beds were very comfortable. Room was spacious and liked being on bottom floor where you could walk out to your car. Close to Jiffy Lube Live and the main drag with everything on it.
Disliked: All was good!!

Liked: The staff. Shakeya was both friendly and incredibly helpful. She and the night manager were the best part of my stay.
Disliked: Getting over to the gym was odd and I got locked out.

Worst hotel experience ever

Liked: Good size rooms, clean, sliding doors and personal patio areas
Disliked: I booked two rooms close together. I was told the second room just needed to be cleaned. They gave it to someone else as soon as it was…this happened twice. I made reservations over a month ago. They put my disabled mother on the other side of the hotel.

This location was a disappointment

Liked: The layout of the suite was nice
Disliked: The property looked to be going through some renovation. When we checked in we were not told that the only doors that worked were the main doors. The parking lot is on the other side of the property. I am disabled and it was quite a walk all the way around the property to the main doors(there are not handicap spots by the main doors) and then our room was on the opposite side with a door right next to it that didn’t work. The parking lot is quite dark and the construction workers were camping in the woods right off the parking lot and in a trailer. It was definitely not ADA compliant. The ice machines were also out of order. The staff were not helpful, they didn’t seem to care really. The GM sat in his office and could hear our conversation and never moved from his chair or offered to help. I’ve stayed at this brand before and it’s always been exceptional. This location was a disappointment.
