Disliked: My wife and I checked in because of a power failure and our generator failed. The power company returned power the night we checked in and we checked out the next morning. The hotel charged my credit card for two nights even though we only stayed one night. I need a credit sent to my credit card.

Refreshing to have staff attentive...

Liked: Great customer service from front desk and everybody else we encountered.
Disliked: No microwave.

Disliked: You have to pay for parking separately. The hotel themselves will charge you $10/day for parking when you go to checkout. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that charges for parking. So whatever booking.com charges you for the room, be sure to add an extra $10 a day on top of that.

Liked: Staff was helpful and friendly
Disliked: Room and bathroom felt outdated. Bathroom was dark and fan was loud. Felt nicked and dimed even though they were doing construction on the front entrance of the hotel and parking lot was muddy and entrance inconvenienced still had to pay a $10 parking fee. Tried to get food for dinner but seemed like half of what they had was unavailable. It was disappointing.

Pleasant but could use improvements.

Liked: The property is nice looking on the inside. It’s got nice amenities and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
Disliked: When we checked in, cleaning staff was cleaning the room across from ours. She had her stuff strung out everywhere, when we got in our room there was a chip bag still laying on the floor and it looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed.
