Disliked: Excessive amount of previous guest hair in shower

Lost power for days at...

Disliked: Couldn’t get it for the second night

We left hungry and feeling...

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: I was denied the free breakfast. No where on my booking did it say breakfast not included. I was charged $10 for parking in a parking space where I was told to park. Online I booked a king bed but was given two queens.

Disliked: Under construction, no breakfast

Unless the Hotel returns my...

Disliked: My wife and I checked in because of a power failure and our generator failed. The power company returned power the night we checked in and we checked out the next morning. The hotel charged my credit card for two nights even though we only stayed one night. I need a credit sent to my credit card.

Refreshing to have staff attentive...

Liked: Great customer service from front desk and everybody else we encountered.
Disliked: No microwave.
