Bad place , no privacy:(

Disliked: I booked a stay with a dog without knowing that when I got to the hotel there would be an additional fee for it. They didn't mention anything about this when closing the deal.As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a representative who gave me poor service!!!!Because there was an argument about paying for the dog, she even asked me to wait aside to serve the people who were behind me in line.She made me sign a form to pay for the dog without letting me read what was written there.In the morning I went out to visit my father who is in nursing home after a stroke and the receptionist called me and told me that I left the dog alone in the room and that it was against the rules that they didn't tell me when I arrived that it was forbidden.She saw me going out with the dog for a walk and when I went out to visit my father I went out without the dog so she called.I felt like I was being followed when I left and when I returned They invaded my privacy!
