It was a nice experience...

Liked: Location, easy access, top floor with a view, well lit hallways, & parking ramp. clean & comfortable.
Disliked: The top floor windows were very dirty , distorting the gorgeous view of the landscape etc…. jacuzzi was too small and not working properly. Having to pay to park in the hotel ramp when we were guests of the hotel 5nights.

Safe retreat in a community...

Liked: We (my husband, and 90 year old uncle) evacuated from our home in Encino due to the Pacific Palisades fire. We had three cars loaded with valuables and were reassured that they were safe in the secured parking lot. Your staff was very accommodating during this time of uncertainty. In fact, the hotel itself was in an evacuation warning area and we received a notice that we could check out at no cost if necessary... There were a number of other guest "refugees" and your team worked to address our needs which we greatly appreciated.
