They accommodated my needs to stay late, and all were helpful when a bag was misplaced - they found it right away. All staff were super friendly - especially the valet/parking guys!

Liked: The front desk staff was great as was the housekeeping staff.

I typically love the Marriott, unfortunately this time I was very disappointed. I purchased a room with 2 double beds and ended up with 1 bed for 3 people to share. Wasn't my idea of fun, but we managed. Next time I am going to go directly through the hotel because it was roughly the same price by a few dollars.

Liked: Great service from Marriott!
Disliked: Wrong room.

Liked: Easy access to car park at every level is the bonus

total rip off for the...

Liked: not much really. They had availability during the first night of the LA fires.
Disliked: because of the fires had to wait in line for over two hours to get my room finally got it at midnight only to find that the advertised microwave oven did not exist.
