A pleasant stay

Liked: The room was very quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable. The couch was comfortable and nice to sit on while watching tv. The view of the mountains was nice.

Disliked: We did not get the bed configuration that we requested although we booked several weeks in advance.

Liked: Excellent location for freeway access, plenty of stores around.Comfortable bed.Very polite personel.
Disliked: Room on second floor facing the Freeway. Very loud road noise all night through the AC unit. Upper floors & mountain facing side is better.

Liked: The staff were very patient and helpful during this emergency situation for Eaton Fire evacuees.
Disliked: I got charged $200 extra and had to contact multiple phone numbers before getting the issue resolved and the money refunded.
