Liked: The staff were very patient and helpful during this emergency situation for Eaton Fire evacuees.
Disliked: I got charged $200 extra and had to contact multiple phone numbers before getting the issue resolved and the money refunded.

Disliked: We had a confirmed reservation. I had called in that morning to see if they were operation as usual since the eaton fire had been close to that hotel. They said everything was fine so we drove from home near palm springs as we do each month to stay in monrovia over night. My husband has stage 4 cancer so we rest and in the morning we continue to the l.a. clinic of cedars-sinai for his treatment. When we got there they said they cancelled our resv. To house edison employs working in the area. So we were shocked. We found another hotel just 2 blocks away they had rooms available .thank god. This was a slap in the face for us and showed the greed of courtyard hotel. They showed no compassion for us in this confrontation. Be ware.

Liked: It was a clean hotel.
Disliked: We could the freeway noise in our room and we did not get enough sleep. We evacuated from the wildfires and we need the rest for the lost sleeps from the previous days.

Disliked: Cramped room, no microwave. Top floor, very loud traffic noise. Didn't think that when it listed Breakfast that it wasn't free with the price. just pricey counter service. Fortunately two good options just up the street.
